1. Agreement to Terms

By making a booking or inquiry with OnTime.lk Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed via WhatsApp or email with a deposit as agreed.
• Tour prices include private driver, fuel, tolls and parking only, unless explicitly stated.
• Prices displayed on the website are indicative. Final price is confirmed at booking.
• Additional charges apply for child seats, extra stops and wait time beyond 30 minutes.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours before travel: Full refund of any deposit paid.
• 24–48 hours before travel: 50% of the agreed fare is payable.
• Less than 24 hours / no-show: 100% of the agreed fare is payable.
• Cancellations due to flight delays or cancellations may be rescheduled free of charge.

4. Itinerary & Schedule

Published itineraries are sample guides. Exact routing, timings and stops are adjusted by mutual agreement at the time of booking. OnTime.lk Travel reserves the right to alter routes for safety, road conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, visas and insurance.
• Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes may incur charges.
• Clients are responsible for the cost of entrance fees, meals, accommodation and activities unless included.
• Any damage caused to vehicles by clients will be billed accordingly.

6. Limitation of Liability

OnTime.lk Travel acts solely as a private transport and tour facilitation service. We are not responsible for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings during tours or transfers.
• Delays, cancellations or changes caused by weather, road conditions, government restrictions or events beyond our control.
• Third-party service providers including hotels, national park operators and boat services.
• Personal injury or illness arising during tours (clients are advised to carry travel insurance).

7. Photographic Disclaimer

Photographs used on ontime.lk are either licensed stock images, images used under fair use for travel information purposes, or images shared by guests. We do not claim copyright ownership of any third-party photographs. All rights remain with their respective owners or licensors. If you hold the copyright to any image displayed on this site and have not granted permission, please contact ontime.lk@gmail.com and we will remove or credit the image immediately.

OnTime.lk Travel accepts no liability for any copyright claims arising from the good-faith use of travel photography for informational and promotional purposes.

8. Website Content

All text content, tour descriptions, pricing and branding on ontime.lk are the intellectual property of OnTime.lk Travel. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
